  • Direct mail recipients purchase 28% more items and spend 28% more money than people who don’t receive it

  • 73% of Americans say they prefer being contacted by businesses through direct mail because they can read it whenever they want to

  • Oversized envelopes have an average response rate of 5%, postcards on average receive 4.25%, dimensional mailers 4%, catalogs 3.9%, and letter-size envelopes 3.5%
